Opening the Collaborator

The PBHS Collaborator lets you export/import the patient's health history, other patient information, registration information, case information, and images.

Note: The Collaborator is an add-on feature that must be purchased and set up separately, and an account must be created and paid for through PBHS.

To open the PBHS Collaborator

1.   In EHR, with a case selected, click Collaborator.

The PBHS Collaborator Case Link dialog box appears.

2.   Change the Subject, and type a Note as needed.

3.   Click New Note .

You are logged in to your Collaborator online account. An email message is sent to the patient's general dentist with the specified subject and note for the case.
