Managing RapidPost Forms

You can open the RapidPost Forms attached to the patient's appointment if he or she has an appointment that is linked to a form on the same date as the date of a selected EHR case.

To manage the forms

1.  In the Cases section of EHR, select the case for which you want to view the RapidPost Forms.

2.   Click Form.

The RapidPost Forms for Appointment window appears.

3.   Add, edit, and delete the RapidPost Forms as needed. Any changes will be reflected on the patient's appointment.

4.   When you are finished, close the RapidPost Forms for Appointment window.
