Deleting an examination

You can delete an exam if the corresponding case is not locked.

To delete an examination or test

1.   In the Assessment - Clinical/Radiographic Examination and Tests section of EHR, select the examination that you want to delete.

2.   Click Delete.

A confirmation message appears.

3.   Click Yes.
