Deleting EHR narratives

You can delete any narrative that has not been locked. EHR narratives can become locked automatically or when you confirm that you want it locked after reviewing and marking the narrative as complete.

To delete an EHR narrative

1.   In the EHR Narratives window, select the narrative that you want to delete

2.   Click Delete .

A confirmation message appears.

3.   Click Yes.
