Copying an existing EHR treatment template

When you are creating EHR treatment templates, EndoVision allows you to save time because you do not have to create every template from scratch. You can make a copy of an existing treatment template, make any minor changes, and give it a different description.

To create a copy of an existing template

1.   From the File menu, point to Codes and Lists > EHR Templates, and then click Treatment.

The Treatment Templates window appears.

2.   Select the template you want to make a copy of.

3.   Click Copy.

The Edit Treatment Template dialog box appears.

4.   Type a Description for the template.

5.   Make any other changes to the options.

6.   Click OK.
