Working with notes

With ClinicalVision, you can add the following notes in the hard tissue chart and periodontal chart:

·        General Notes - General notes associated with a patient.

·        Transaction Notes - Notes associated with a condition or treatment. These notes are available only in the clinical chart.

·        Tooth Notes - Notes associated with a specific tooth.

·        Common Notes - Pre-defined notes that allow you to quickly enter routine information.

·        Structured Visit Notes - Notes that you can quickly enter for a patient's visit using a customized form (template).
