Changing the layout while charting

If your screen size and resolution permit, and if the ClinicalVision window is sized large enough or maximized to fill the entire display, new transactions appear in the patient's Chart History and Notes while posting treatments and conditions without having to switch views. Depending on a setting, the chart history or notes may be below the graphical chart.
