Changing providers

You can easily change a patient's primary or default provider when you are scheduling appointments.

To change a provider

1.   In the Schedule toolbar, click the Schedule Appointment button.

The Select Patient dialog box appears.  

2.    Select the patient you want to schedule an appointment for, and then click OK.

The New Appointment Information dialog box appears.

Note: The provider defaults to the primary provider selected for the patient in the Patients module.

3.   Click the Provider search button.

The Select Provider dialog box appears.

4.   Select the appropriate provider, and then click OK.

5.   Continue scheduling the appointment.
