Changing operatories

You can change operatories when you are setting appointments.

To change an operatory

1.   In the Schedule toolbar, click the Schedule Appointment button.

The Select Patient dialog box appears.

2.    Select the patient you want to schedule an appointment for, and then click OK.

The New Appointment Information dialog box appears.

3.   Click the Op search button.

The Select Operatory dialog box appears.

4.   Select the operatory you want to change the appointment to, and then click OK.

5.   Continue scheduling the appointment.
