Viewing perio exams

Using the Perio Chart, you can record mobility, furcation grades, plaque, calculus, bone loss, pocket depths, bleeding and suppuration points, gingival margins, CAL levels, and MGJ measurements.

To view a perio exam

1.   In the Chart, select a patient.

2.   In the Chart toolbar, click Perio.

The Perio Chart appears.

3.   In the Perio Chart toolbar, click Open Exam.

The Perio Chart Open dialog box appears.

 

4.   Select the exam that you want to open, and then click OK.

The exam information is displayed.
