Deleting perio exams

Once you delete a perio exam, you cannot retrieve the information without restoring a backup of your database. However, by restoring a backup, you will lose any information that you added since you made the backup.

To delete a perio exam

1.   In the Chart, select a patient.

2.   In the Chart toolbar, click Perio.

The Perio Chart window appears.

3.   In the Perio Chart toolbar, click Open Exam.

The Perio Chart Open dialog box appears.

4.   Select the date of the exam that you want to delete, and then click Delete.

A warning appears.

5.   To delete the exam, click OK.

Note: You cannot delete an open exam.
