Printing patient history reports

The Patient History Report itemizes all patient transactions (including payments and adjustments) and shows a total balance for the patient. The Patient History Report also includes an option to print a family balance. If you select this option, the family balance is printed beneath the patient balance line.

To print a patient history report

1.   In the Accounts toolbar, click Print, and then click Patient History.

The Patient History Report dialog box appears.

2.   Select the options that you want to include in the report.

3.   Do one of the following:

·        Send to batch - Click to send the report to the Batch Processor to print later.

·        Print - Click to print the report immediately.
