Entering account notes

Using Account Notes, you can enter notes specific to a family’s account and financial standing with your practice.

To enter an account note

1.   In the Accounts toolbar, click Account Notes.

The Account Notes dialog box appears.

2.   Under Account Note, type any notes relating to the patient’s financial standing with your practice.

3.   Click Insert Dateline to provide a chronological detail for each note.

4.   Under Billing Statement Note, type any notes that you want to appear on the billing statement.

Note: You can type approximately 80 characters in the Billing Statement Note field.

5.   Type the date that you want the statement note to stop printing on the billing statement in the Print on Statement until field.

6.   To return to Accounts, click OK.
