The Patient Proposed Treatment Case Report displays a patient's treatment plan cases that have a Proposed status. This report is patient-specific, which means you can generate it for one patient at a time. The report lists the patient's proposed treatment plan cases and financial data regarding those cases.

Note: Printing the Patient Proposed Treatment Case Report requires the "Print Treatment Plans" security right.
To print the Patient Proposed Treatment Case Report
In Treatment Planner, do one of the following:
On the
Treatment Plan Case Setup section's
toolbar, click the Print button
to view a menu, and then
click Patient Proposed TX Case Report.
On the
Treatment Planner Module toolbar,
click the Print button 
to view a menu,
and then click Patient Proposed TX Case
Report.
On the File menu, point to Print, and then click Patient Proposed TX Case Report.
If applicable, do one of the following:
If the Password - Print Treatment Plans dialog box appears, user verification has been assigned to the "Print Treatment Plans" task. Do one of the following:
If your user account has been granted the "Print Treatment Plans" security right, enter your credentials in the User ID and Password boxes, and then click OK.
If your user account has not been granted the "Print Treatment Plans" security right, have a user with permission temporarily override this restriction so you can generate the Patient Proposed Treatment Case Report this one time. The overriding user enters his or her credentials in the User ID and Password boxes and then clicks OK.
If a message appears, informing you that you do not have rights to this operation, your user account has not been granted the "Print Treatment Plans" security right. To have a user with permission temporarily override this restriction so you can generate the Patient Proposed Treatment Case Report this one time, do the following:
On the message, click Yes.
In the Password - Print Treatment Plans dialog box, the overriding user enters his or her credentials in the User ID and Password boxes and then clicks OK.
A preview of the report appears, which you can print or export.
Important information this report provides
Patient Information - The patient's name, chart number, Social Security Number, birth date, and primary provider (from the Family File).
Treatment Case Details - The name of each proposed treatment plan case and a subtotal of the fees, estimated patient portions, and estimated insurance portions for all treatment in each case.
Totals - The total fee, estimated patient portion, and estimated insurance portion for all treatment in all proposed treatment plan cases.
