Setting up Dynamic Reporting

In Dynamic Reporting, you can customize each page of the dashboard as needed.

To set up Dynamic Reporting

To turn on setup mode, click Setup.

Navigate to one of the following pages: Resources, Services, RVU, Patient Visits, or Level of Care (available for IHS facilities only).

Do any of the following as needed to customize the page:

To show a summary tile, totals strip, or ratio tile, do the following:

Click the corresponding Show Widget button .

The button changes to the Hide Widget button .

To resize a summary tile, do the following:

Position your pointer over the corner of an item .

The cursor turns into a two-way, diagonal arrow .

Click and drag either diagonally down to the right to increase the size or diagonally up to the left to decrease the size.

To move a summary tile, totals strip, or ratio tile, do the following:

Position your pointer over the item.

The cursor turns into a four-direction arrow .

Click and drag the item to the desired position. Other items automatically adjust their positions to accommodate.

To specify the format for a summary tile, do the following:

Expand the corresponding Visualization menu.

Select an option: Table, Pie Chart, or Column Chart.

Click Save.

To hide a summary tile, totals strip, or ratio tile, do the following:

Click the corresponding Hide Widget button .

The button changes to the Show Widget button .

Note: To undo any changes that you have made to the current page and return to view mode, click Reset to Default, and then click Yes on the confirmation message that appears.

Click Save.

Repeat steps 2-4 as needed for any other pages that you want to customize.

To return to view mode, click Back to Reporting Interface.
