You can have up to 15 Product Quality Research Institute (PQRI) registries, which you can use for the Clinical Quality Measures List.
To customize PQRI Registries
In the Practice Definitions dialog box, in the Definition Type list, select PQRI Registries.
The associated definitions appear in the list box to the right.

If there are fewer than 15 definitions, to add a definition, do the following:
With any definition selected, replace the existing Tax Identification Number (up to four characters in length) in the Registry TIN box and the text (up to 50 characters in length) in the Registry Name box.
Click Add.
Notes:
This button is available only if there are not already 15 definitions.
The new definition is added in the first available spot (if there are no gaps in the sequence, it will be the last item) and given an ID.
To edit a definition, do the following:
Select a definition.
Replace the existing Tax Identification Number (up to four characters in length) in the Registry TIN box and/or the text (up to 50 characters in length) in the Registry Name box.
Click Change.
To delete a definition, do the following:
Select a definition.
Click Delete.
A confirmation message appears.
Click Yes.
