Deleting dental insurance claims

You can delete a dental insurance claim after it has been created. If a secondary dental insurance claim has been created, you must delete the secondary dental insurance claim before you can delete the corresponding primary dental insurance claim. You cannot delete a dental insurance claim if it has been paid and has been moved to history (when closing a month).

Note:

Viewing claims requires the "Insurance Claims, Open" security right.

Deleting a claim requires the "Insurance Claims, Delete" security right.

Deleting a claim with attached payments or adjustments requires the "Insurance Claims, Delete" and "Insurance Claims, Delete Received/Closed" security rights.
