You can view a patient's graphical chart according to the view options that are being used to display items on the Progress Notes panel.
To paint the graphical chart to match the progress notes
With a patient selected in Chart, on the View menu, click Paint by Selected View if the option does not have a check mark next to it.
Notes:
If Paint by Selected View has a check mark next to it, the graphical chart already matches the view options, so clicking this option returns the graphical chart to displaying all types of treatment and conditions.
After you change the graphical chart to match the view options, to remove this view setting, on the View menu, click Paint by Selected View (which has a check mark next to it to indicate that this view setting is currently being used).
