Refreshing Chart

If your practice is set up with a network of computers, data entered on one computer might not appear immediately on other computers. You can manually refresh Chart to make sure that you have the most recent patient information.

Note: By default, Dentrix Enterprise automatically displays all treatment and conditions that you enter during the current charting session regardless of the view options. However, once you refresh Chart, only items that match the current view options appear; if, for example, completed work seems to have vanished, make sure that completed work is one of the selected view options.

To refresh Chart

With a patient selected in Chart, on the File menu, click Refresh.

Note: You can also press Ctrl+R to refresh Chart.
