Pinning appointments to the Pinboard

In the Appointment List window, you can pin one or more appointments to the Pinboard.

Note: From the Pinboard, you can move, schedule, reschedule, or delete the appointment. While you can store as many appointments as you want on the Pinboard, storing more than 30 may prove impractical.

To pin an appointment to the Pinboard

1.   Open the Appointment List, and then select the appointment that you want to move to the Pinboard from the list.

2.   In the Appointment menu, click Move Appointment(s) to Pinboard.
