Scheduling appointments from the Pinboard

You can schedule or reschedule appointments from the Pinboard.

To schedule an appointment from the Pinboard

1.   Drag the Appointment icon that you want to schedule to the appropriate operatory and time in the Appointment Book.

A message appears.

2.   Do one of the following:

·        To schedule the appointment, click Yes.

·        To return the appointment to the Pinboard, click No.
