The List All option

The Questionnaires module has three view options: List All, View Mode, and View Questionnaire. You can access these view options through the corresponding buttons on the toolbar or through the View menu.

The List All option affects the information that is displayed in the Questionnaires List. When you activate the List All option, all responses are displayed. For example, if you have a patient selected, activating the List All option displays all the questionnaires that the patient has entered responses for.

To activate the List All view option

In the View menu, click List All.

All of the questionnaires the patient has responded to appear.

Note: When the List All options are active, the List All button appears with a gray shadow around it.

To de-activate the List All view option

In the View menu, click List All again.

The information is again limited to the questionnaires with the most recent response dates.
