Deleting responses

As long as the response has not been signed, you can delete a patient response or a provider/staff response that has been entered into a questionnaire form. If any signatures are attached to a questionnaire form, you cannot delete the form without first deleting the questionnaire signatures that are attached to it.

Note: Deleting the responses on a form does not delete the form itself; it only clears all of the information that was entered in the form.
