Deleting patient responses

To maintain a concise, accurate list of questionnaires, you can delete responses from forms that contain invalid or out of date information.

To delete patient responses

1.   In the Questionnaires module, select a patient.

2.   Select the form that you want to delete the responses to.

3.   Click Edit, and then click Delete Responses.

A message appears, asking if you want to delete the questionnaire responses. 

4.   To delete the responses from the form, click Yes.
