Since you may have many questionnaire forms set up, you can use categories to organize them. You can set up as many categories as necessary to organize your questionnaire forms.
To set up a category
1. In the Questionnaire Setup dialog box, click Category Setup.
The Category Setup dialog box appears displaying all the categories that have been set up. By default, there are two categories: Standard and Web Forms.
2. Click New Category.
A category called New Category appears in the list.
3. Select New Category, and type a name.
Note: A category name can be up to 30 characters long and must be unique.
4. To rename a category, select it, click Rename Category, and type a new name.
5. To save your changes, click Close.
