Inactivating questionnaire forms

To help you manage the questionnaire forms you have set up, you can inactivate forms you are not currently using. Since you cannot delete questionnaire forms that have responses or signatures attached to them, you can inactivate those forms to signify that they are not currently in use.

To inactivate a questionnaire form

1.   In the Questionnaire Setup dialog box, click Inactivate Form.

Depending on the status of the form, one of three dialog boxes appears.

2.   Click Yes or OK to inactivate or delete the form.

Note: You can reactivate a form that has been inactivated by selecting the form and clicking Edit Form.
