Editing alert notes
You can set up a library of custom notes in Dentrix. These notes serve as templates that you can draw from. You can use the text of any note without changing it or customize it as needed, depending on the situation for which you are adding a note.
Dentrix includes a list of 17 pre-defined alert notes. You can create your own alert notes. You can also delete any alert notes regardless of whether you created them or not. You can use alert notes to remind you of pre-existing medical conditions, discounts, account issues, and so on.
Dentrix also lets you change the text of alert notes. Any changes you make will affect all instances of the alert note that have been assigned to patient records.
