Scheduled Patients Phone List

If Scheduled Patients Phone List was selected when setting up options for the report in the Daily Huddle Report dialog box, the report will include an extra pages with patients and any contact numbers (as entered in the Family File) for each of those patients if that patient and that patient’s scheduled appointment (for Today and/or Tomorrow) meet the selected criteria in the Scheduled Patients Setup dialog box. The appointment date, time, and provider are also shown.

Today is the date the report is based on and can be changed.

Tomorrow is the next day, relative to Today, that the office is open (according to the practice setup and the practice schedule in the Appointment Book).

Note: “[PRIVATE]” appears for all existing phone numbers a patient has if that patient has a privacy request set up in the Family File.
