Refreshing the Patient Chart

If your practice is set up with a network of computers, data entered on one computer might not appear immediately on other computers.

To refresh the Patient Chart

1.   Select a patient.

2.   Chart any new procedures or treatment.

3.   In the File menu in the Patient Chart, click Refresh.

Dentrix updates the Patient Chart data for the selected patient with any new or changed information.

Tip: Clicking the Refresh button in the Patient Chart toolbar or pressing F5 on the keyboard also refreshes the Patient Chart.
