Rescheduling missed appointments
You can reschedule a missed/broken/canceled appointment either immediately after changing the status of an appointment to mark it as "Missed" or when you are viewing an existing missed appointment.
To reschedule a missed appointment

Do one of the following:

Immediately after changing the status of an appointment to Broken, No Show, or Cancelled by Office, click (or tap) Reschedule Now.
Note: Do not click (or tap) Save before clicking (or tapping) Reschedule Now. The missed appointment's information is saved automatically when you click (or tap) Reschedule Now.

While viewing an existing missed appointment, click (or tap) Reschedule Now. This button is available only if the missed appointment has not already been rescheduled.

Note: If the missed appointment has already been rescheduled, a message indicating such and a link to the new appointment appear. You can click (or tap) the link to view that appointment.
The Appointment Information panel for the new appointment appears.

Navigate to a different date on the schedule if necessary.

Change the view as needed to display the schedule by provider or operatory, and by day or week.

Click (or tap) an open time slot.

Click (or tap) Save.
Note: After rescheduling, the original appointment will have a green arrow symbol
on it to indicate that it has been rescheduled. Also, the new appointment will have details about the original appointment on the Related Appts tab.
