Rescheduling appointments
You can reschedule an appointment by either moving it or editing it.
To reschedule an appointment by moving its tile

On the Schedule menu, click (or tap) Calendar.
The Calendar page opens.

Click (or tap) and hold an appointment, and then click (or tap) an open time slot on a different date (if you are viewing the schedule by week, or if you navigate to another date) and/or time.
The following appointment information changes when you move the appointment:

Operatory - If you are viewing the schedule by operatory, and you move the appointment to a different operatory from the one the appointment was originally scheduled in.

Appointment Provider - If you are viewing the schedule by provider, and you move the appointment to the column of a different provider from the one the appointment was originally scheduled with.
A confirmation message appears.

Click (or tap) Yes.
To reschedule an appointment while viewing its details

On the Schedule menu, click (or tap) Calendar.
The Calendar page opens.

Click (or tap) an appointment.
The Appointment Information panel opens.

Optionally, click (or tap) the Schedule link.

Navigate to a different date on the schedule if necessary.

Change the view as needed to display the schedule by provider or operatory, and by day or week.

Click (or tap) an open time slot.

Click (or tap) Save.
