Renaming Worldpay accounts

For Dentrix Ascend Pay, each location in your organization can have any number of Worldpay merchant accounts. You can rename any of the accounts in a given location as needed.

To rename a Worldpay account

  1. If you are not already viewing the correct location, select it on the Location menu.

  2. On the Settings menu, under Location, select Credit Card Options.

    The Credit Card Options page opens.

  3. Under Worldpay Accounts, select an account.

    The options to edit the account become available.

  4. In the Account name box, change the name that is used to identify the Worldpay merchant account in Dentrix Ascend. The name must be unique across all accounts in this location.

  5. Click Save.
