Removing conditions from the list of favorites

Conditions are the SNODENT, SNOMED CT, and ICD-10 diagnosis codes that you can use at your locations. Favorite conditions are the ones that you use most commonly. You can have a condition appear as a favorite in the clinical chart when charting conditions so that you have quick and easy access to that condition. If you no longer want a condition to be a favorite, you can make it a non-favorite.

To remove a condition from the list of favorites

1. If you are not already viewing the location that has a condition that you want to make a non-favorite, select that location on the Location menu.

2. On the Settings menu, under Production, click (or tap) Procedure Codes & Conditions.

   The Procedure Codes & Conditions page opens.

3. On the Conditions tab, locate the condition that you want to make a non-favorite. Favorite conditions have yellow stars next to them. Non-favorites have gray stars.

   

4. Click (or tap) that condition's yellow star to make it gray, indicating that the condition is no longer a favorite.
