Hiding patient ages

For each computer (or device) that uses Dentrix Ascend, you can choose to hide or show patient ages on appointment tiles on the calendar.

To hide patient ages

1. On the Schedule menu, click (or tap) Calendar.

   The Calendar page opens.

2. On the View menu, set the Hide patient ages switch to On.

   

3. Click (or tap) Done.

   While you are viewing the schedule, patient ages on appointments become hidden.

   

Note: To return to always showing patient ages on the computer (or device) that you are currently using, on the View menu of the Calendar page, set the Hide patient ages switch to Off, and then click (or tap) Done.
