Disabling automated recurring payments

If the automatic processing of recurring payments for payment plans with a saved card on file was enabled previously, but if you no longer want to allow this, you can disable this functionality.

Note: Turning the automation off requires the "Manage Payments and billing Automation" security right.

To turn off the automation

1. On the Settings menu, under Location, select Payment and Billing Automation.

   The Payment and Billing Automation page opens.

   

2. To turn the automation off, set the Recurring Payments switch to Off.

   

3. Click Save.

   Note: With the automation turned off, you must use the Payment Plan Report to process pending payments manually.
