Deleting operatories

You can delete any of a location's operatories that do not have any appointments scheduled in them, but you can delete operatories that have only events scheduled in them.

To delete an operatory

1. If you are not already viewing the correct location, select it on the Location menu.

2. On the Settings menu, under Location, click (or tap) Operatories.

   The Operatories page opens.

   

3. Under Active Operatories or Inactive Operatories, select an operatory.

   

   The options for editing the operatory become available.

   

   Tip: If this operatory has appointments scheduled in it, a message in a yellow box appears. To view a list of those appointments and any events that may also be scheduled in the operatory, click (or tap) the yellow box.

   

4. Click (or tap) Delete.

   Note: This button is available only if there are no appointments scheduled in this operatory.

   A confirmation message appears.

5. Click (or tap) OK.

   Note: If you deleted an active operatory, the other operatories' display orders will update automatically as needed.
