Deleting Worldpay accounts
For Dentrix Ascend Pay, each location in your organization can have any number of Worldpay merchant accounts. You can delete any of the accounts in a given location if that account does not have any lanes associated with it.
To delete a Worldpay account

If you are not already viewing the correct location, select it on the Location menu.

On the Settings menu, under Location, select Credit Card Options.
The Credit Card Options page opens.

Under Worldpay Accounts, select the account that you want to delete.
Note: To delete the selected account, there cannot be any lanes associated with it. The number next to the account name in the Worldpay Accounts list must be a zero (0).
The details of the account become available.

Click (or tap) Delete Account.
If this account is being used to handle online payments, and there is more than one account for this location, the Delete Account dialog box appears; otherwise, a confirmation message appears (skip to step 4).

From the Select account list, select the account that you want to use for handling online payments.

Click (or tap) Delete.
If there are no other accounts for this location, online payment processing will be deactivated for this location.
