Active Patients in Recare - Dashboard Report

The Active Patients in Recare - Dashboard Report displays the number of patients who are actively participating in prophy recare in the current location and the number of patients who are not. The report includes patients who have been seen in the past 18 months.

Note: This report contains the same information as the Active Patients in Recare - Chart Report and appears on the Insights page.

To generate the report

1. On the Home menu, under Reports, click (or tap) Power Reporting.

   The Power Reporting page opens.

2. Click (or tap) the Active Patients in Recare icon.

   

   The report appears.

   

3. The data from your database syncs with the reporting system automatically and displays the time of the last sync on the Data as of button. Data entered in Dentrix Ascend after the time shown will not be available on the report until the next sync. To view the time when the next sync is expected to occur, click (or tap) the Data as of button.

   

4. From the Actions menu, click (or tap) Export to PDF or Export to Excel to export the report as a .pdf or.xslx file.
