Verifying and Sending Billing Statements Electronically
Before you send a batch of statements electronically, you can review the
statements, add individual billing statement notes, or change their
delivery method.

statements by mail, email, or text.
Key Information
To send billing statements by email, guarantors must have a valid
email address and a birthday on file in Dentrix.
To send billing statements by text, guarantors must have a valid
birthday, mobile number, and grant consent to receive text messages.
If you did not select the option "Verify Billing Statement To Send"
(as discussed earlier in this Quick Start series), the preview window
will not appear. Instead, statements will immediately send using the
preferences set in the guarantor's Family File, or the practice's
default delivery method if a preference has not been entered for the
family.
