Reading Billing Statement Reports
After you send billing statements through QuickBill, you will receive an Electronic Billing Transmission Report.
This report displays the following information:
- The header shows the date and time of submission, your practice information, and the submission ID.
- The report displays the total number of statements that you sent and the amount billed to those accounts.
- The Email Statements Successfully Sent section shows the accounts that received statements and how much money was billed. The totals show how many statements were sent and the total amount billed.
- The Email Statements Not Sent section displays the accounts that were eligible to receive a statement, based on the Billing Statement options that you selected, but did not receive a statement. It also indicates the reason why the account did not receive a statement. The totals of this section indicate how many total accounts did not receive a statement.
