Verifying and Sending Billing Statements Electronically - Delivered by eMail

When you send a batch of statements electronically, you can still pull statements from the batch and add individual notes to those statements -- just as if you were manually processing paper statements. This process is called verifying statements and is handled electronically through Dentrix before you send the statements with QuickBill.

Key Information

• To send billing statements by email, guarantors must have a valid email address and a birthday on file in Dentrix.
• The individual billing statement note that prints on a single statement can be up to 80 characters long. This is in addition to the 240 characters you have for the general billing statement note that prints on all statements.
