QuickBill for Dentrix, by Henry Schein One, can help cut down on the cost and hassle of your monthly billing. Using QuickBill, you can create bills as you have always done with Dentrix. However, with QuickBill, instead of printing, folding, licking, and stamping hundreds of bills, you can deliver billing statements in one of the following ways:
· By transmitting your bills to Henry Schein One where they will be printed, stamped, and mailed for you
· By email using QuickBill Email
· By mail using QuickBill Mail
· By text using QuickBill Text
· By using a combination of mail, email, and text
To update a QuickBill account
1. In the Office Manager, click Maintenance, point to Practice Setup, and then click Electronic Billing Setup.
The QuickBill Settings dialog box appears.
2. You can change the following settings for a previously saved QuickBill account:
· Account Name
· Statement Color
· Accepted Credit Cards
· Default Delivery Method
· Worldpay Credentials for QuickBill Premium (if the QuickBill Email, QuickBill Mail, or QuickBill Text feature is enabled)
Tips:
· To unregister or de-activate Worldpay credentials previously registered for QuickBill payments, clear the Register Worldpay Credentials checkbox, and then click Save in the QuickBill Settings dialog box.
· To make changes to previously saved Worldpay credentials, click the Edit Credentials icon, and then make the desired changes to the Account Token, Acceptor ID, and/or Account ID.
Note: Once they have been verified and saved, you cannot modify the QuickBill ID and password of an existing QuickBill account. To specify a new QuickBill ID and/or password for your QuickBill account, you must remove the existing account and re-add it with the desired QuickBill ID and password. 3. To validate and save your changes, click Save.
