Filtering missing clinical notes by providers

You can use the Settings dialog box to filter missing clinical notes by primary provider and any additional providers or by primary provider only. The setting/option you select is used system wide and applies every time you open the Signature Manager.

To filter missing clinical notes by provider

1.   Open the Signature Manager.

The Signature Manager window appears.

2.   Click the Settings button.

The Settings dialog box appears.

3.   Select one of the following options:

·        Primary + additional appointment provider – (Default) Select to filter by primary provider and any additional providers.

·        Primary appointment provider only – Select to filter by the primary provider only.

4.   Click Save.
