Upload

Upload refers to the process of copying patient information from the office database to the Dentrix eCentral website for patient or referral doctor's viewing purposes. Each time an upload takes place, an email notification is sent to the patient or guarantor if "Send E-mail Notification" is selected in the Patient Setup screen. You must enter the Practice Setup information in DXWeb before any uploads can take place. The Insurance Claim Tracking Upload feature enables you (the doctor) to track and display the status of outstanding claims. The following uploads are available:

·        Current Patient Upload

·        Correspondence Upload Override

·        Patient Upload Override

·        Referral Upload Override

·        Claim Tracking Upload Override
