You can use the Continuing Care list to view Continuing Care information for the selected family or practice. Double-click a patient to edit the patient's Continuing Care defaults. If you are in the Appointment Book, double-clicking a patient opens the New Appointment Information dialog box from which you can create a Continuing Care appointment.
To access the Continuing Care list
1. After selecting a patient, in any Dentrix module's toolbar except the Office Manager, click the Continuing Care button.
The Continuing Care window appears, and the Continuing Care view that you used the last time you opened the list loads.
2. In the Views menu, click the desired view.
If you opened the list from the Patient Chart, Ledger, or Family File, the list shows Continuing Care information for the selected patient's family. If you opened the list from the Appointment Book or Appointment List, the list shows Continuing Care information for the entire patient database.
