Deleting completed procedures

You can delete completed procedures that you no longer need to save in the database.

To delete a completed procedure

1.   Select a patient.

2.   In the Progress Notes panel, double-click the completed procedure you want to delete.

The Edit or Delete Procedure dialog box appears.

Note: To delete more than one procedure, select multiple procedures in the Progress Notes panel by pressing the Ctrl key and then clicking the items that you want to delete. Right-click the list, and then from the sub-menu, click Delete.

3.   Click Delete.

A warning appears.

4.   To delete the procedure, click OK.

Note: You can also delete a procedure by right-clicking it and then clicking Delete or by selecting the procedure and clicking Delete in the Progress Notes toolbar.
