The Questionnaires View pane is located next to the Questionnaires List. The view pane shows a preview of the questionnaire form that is selected in the Questionnaires List. You can toggle this pane on or off by clicking the View Questionnaire toolbar button. It is helpful to toggle the pane off if you need to view the columns in the Questionnaires List that are usually hidden by the view pane.
