The version number of your Dentrix software (which is a necessary item to have when calling Dentrix Customer Support) is shown in the Version column of the About Dentrix window. The first three digits of the version number indicate the major and minor version of the software you have installed, such as 17.0.
Note: This software version corresponds with a marketing version number that may be different. For example, the marketing version number for 17.0 is G7.
The next three digits in the version number indicate the build of the software you have installed, such as build 256.
