Sesame ONE Live is a desktop computer application that makes it easy to communicate with your patients through the desktop app (without having to log in to the Sesame ONE portal from a browser).

Sesame ONE Live includes these main features:

Weekly appointments - With Sesame ONE Live, your office receives notifications when your patients confirm their upcoming appointments. You can notate appointment confirmations, manually confirm appointments, and view unconfirmed appointments.

Appointment requests - Stay on top of appointment requests from existing and prospective patients using the Sesame ONE Live appointment request feature and appointment request notifications.

Two-way text messaging - Using Sesame ONE Live, your staff can communicate with patients via text messaging. You can initiate a single text message to a patient or send bulk text messages to multiple patients.

Patient information - Sesame ONE Live provides quick access to patient information using an alphabetical list of patients and a search tool where you can search by patient name.
