Using Patient Engage Mobile, you can communicate via text message with your clients using the same familiar functionality of two-way text messaging in your portal.
To view two-way text messages
1. Log in to Patient Engage Mobile.
2. Tap the Texts icon at the bottom of your screen.
3. Tap the message you want to view.
Note: Unread messages appear in bold.
4. Reply to the message by typing in the text box or by selecting one of your templates.
5. Tap the send icon once your message is ready.
